Workplace culture isn’t just virtual happy hours, relaxation rooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

Mental Health related absences are estimated to cost NSW business $2.8bn a year, with this predicted to rise when the 2020 Covid-19 era data is released.

Unfortunately, many organisations lack the skills or knowledge to make a real different to their employees’ mental health and wellbeing. But can they afford not to? 45% of Australians have had a mental health illness and 1 in 6 are experiencing one right now – that’s more than 16 employees in every 100!

At Insentra, the primary goal of our Vibe Team is to ensure our crew members leave the organisation happier and healthier than they were when they first stepped through the door.

Join our panel – Miriam Wood (Crew Talent Manager), Susanne King (Chief Marketing/Vibe Officer), and Rebecca Crick (Vibe Manager) as they dissect what employees expect from their employers when it comes to services to support their mental health and personal wellbeing and what organisations should do to make a difference.
